PHYSICAL TRAINING FOR THE MUSICIAN
Musicians are athletes working with their bodies performing repetitive exercises in order to progress and to reach a goal.
On my travels I met a lot of musicians who are unable to practice or improve because they are suffering from “musician’s pathologies and diseases”: Tendonitis, back problems, Carpal Tunnel and Functional Dystonia.
I propose a new conception of warm up exercises to enable us to enjoy our lifelong passion without pain.
