CORRECT PRACTISING SCHEDULES AND TECHNIQUES TO PREPARE FOR A PERFORMANCE WITHOUT TENSION
Most guitarists over the course of their playing careers will encounter tensions and build up bad habits that will over time accumulate and may lead to injury and discomfort while practising and performing, thus impeding an optimal practice and performance.
This workshop will explore how to establish efficient practise routines and posture to prepare for a performance. A posture clinic will address the most common sources of tension in practising, playing and performing: how to sit, hold the guitar and hands to minimise the input and maximise the outcome.
